Salary:                         £35,000- £60,000 DOE

Description:


We're in search of a proficient and seasoned Polish-speaking Accountant to become part of our client's growing team. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a robust grasp of accounting principles and procedures, coupled with expertise in tax compliance, reporting, and client relations. Our client is a reputable, rapidly expanding company known for its supportive work culture, employee-friendly environment, abundant progression opportunities, and virtually non-existent turnover

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and finalization of statutory accounts.
  • Tax computation and submission of returns to HMRC for various business structures.
  • Analysis and interpretation of financial data for client management and business development.
  • Correspondence management with HMRC, Companies House, and other relevant parties.
  • Bookkeeping and completion of VAT Returns.
  • Client interaction and issue resolution.
  • Maintaining successful client relationship management through meetings and communication.
  • Timely compliance with deadlines and client requests.
  • Management of a dedicated client portfolio.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A-levels in Maths and English.
  • Degree in Accounting or related field (AAT, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience with tax compliance and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in Polish (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, and Excel preferred.
