Portering and Security Manager

Full Job Description

We are looking for a Portering & Security Manager to act as key contact and liaison for all customers requiring/using the service.

Ensure all pay and non-pay resources are effectively controlled and utilised.

Co-ordinate immediate response to all requests and queries to services identified.

Influence, recommend and implement operational polices and procedures.

Responsible for maintaining highest standards of service in a cost effective, safe and effective manner.

Establish high level of visibility in terms of customer service and regular presence at all key service point

Lead and direct a team of appropriately trained staffing the delivery of high quality service

Manage all Security Incidents, both internally, and with external customers.
