Where you’ll fit in & what our team goals are…

This role sits within our Investment Support EMEA/APAC function. 

You role is to provide direct support to the UK and NL Fiduciary Management Teams. You will assist in the day-to-day management of their portfolios and provide oversight of various back & middle office functions.

How you'll spend your time...

  • Direct support for the investment teams, conducting day to day management of portfolios

  • Portfolio monitoring daily including cash and suggesting trades where applicable.

  • Monitoring potential capital calls for illiquid asset categories

  • Raising orders in the OMS

  • Collaborating closely with Investment Operations/BRS on queries and data issues

  • Interaction with other investment teams – e.g. collating and providing data, responding to queries

  • Supporting portfolios in transition through enhanced monitoring

  • Provide daily and ad-hoc reporting to the investment team to assist with the decision making process

  • Monitor assets approaching maturity and advise Fund Managers

  • Monitor portfolio hedging requirements

  • Timely and effective query resolution for Fund Managers

  • Ad hoc project management 

  • Provision of data for client presentations, RFP & ad-hoc requests

  • Loading look-through data pooled funds on monthly basis

To be successful in this role you will have...

  • Proven experience supporting front office within a similar support role (i.e. FMA, Performance Analyst or Trade Support). 

  • Knowledge of a multi-asset portfolios and/or a range of assets (Fixed Income, Equity, Fund of Funds, Derivatives). 

  • Aladdin user preferable. 

  • Understanding of asset allocation process

  • Understanding of UK or Dutch pension schemes an advantage

  • Advanced Excel / VBA / Coding preferable

  • Excellent communicator

  • If you also had this, it would be great…

  • -  Industry qualification such as IMC or CFA preferable
