Your new role
The opportunity is for a
Portfolio Office Analyst to join an established team which is part of
the Change and Transformation team and is specifically responsible for
providing group wide executive governance support and strategic
alignment across the delivery portfolio. The team are responsible for
building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the
portfolio, they act as a conduit between programmes and the
Transformation office to ensure there is appropriate governance and
standards across the portfolio.
The Portfolio Office Analyst
will be required to join the team and work on supporting a variety of
programmes across the portfolio, they will be required to provide
governance reporting, finance and resource tracking, reporting and
general data analysis. They will also support the Head of Programme
through the provision of governance guidance and the quality assurance
of key programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
:
* Experience of working in a PMO/ Portfolio Office
Analyst role previously
* Ability to contribute, deliver and work
towards the best practice processes and procedures for the
Transformation office
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
and ability to negotiate successful outcomes
* Ability to work
with senior level stakeholders
* Analytical and planning skills
* Ideally, experience gained working within the financial services
industry
* Knowledge of Planview would be useful
