Practice Manager

BB Partnership is a medium sized RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice in London. Established in 1991 operating primarily in the residential and commercial sectors in London surrounding area.

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Practice Manager.

The successful candidate will have experience of office administration and be familiar with on-line banking and Xero and be confident to work with our Total Synergy Platform for project management.

The candidate must be familiar with social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram and be confident to upload articles via WordPress to our website.

The role will be office based and be for a 12 hours a week spread over three days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The successful candidates will be confident, friendly and efficient and be enthusiastic about working as part of a team and happy to assist wherever required.

 Skills Required

• Pay salaries from online banking
• Pay NI contribution from online banking
• Pay staff expenses logged on Total Synergy from online banking
• Pay invoices and send to Dext (online bookkeeping platform)
• Prepare monthly fee income report including schedules of paid invoices and outstanding invoices
• Update invoice schedule
• Draft invoices
• Prepare statement of account for specific projects as directed by Directors
• Track staff holiday and leave requests from Total Synergy
• Responding to bookeeper queries
• Track staff sickness
• RIBA and ARB renewal
• Subscription renewals                               
• Dealing with office supplies  
• Answer phone
• Manages the Cleaner and Window cleaner
• Manages the office keys and parking permits
• Deal with alarm related matter
• Upload social media posts to Instagram/LinkedIn and website
