Job Role: Practice Nurse
Contract Type: Permanent
Days: 3 Days a week
Annual Salary: Depending on experience
Computer System: EMIS Web

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a General Practice setting
• Conduct dressings, cervical smears, and childhood and adult immunisations
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS Web system

Schedule:

• Monday: Lunchtime to 9pm (Extended hours clinics)
• Wednesday and Friday: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm

Requirements:

• Fully trained and competent in dressings, cervical smears, and childhood and adult immunisations
• Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse preferred
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
