Are you Pre-construction & Estimating Manager looking for a new role to be a part of a rapidly growing Regional Contractor? - Salary of 85,000

The company -

This contractor has grown considerably over the last few years and is expected to have even further growth and development. The focus on Education, Healthcare and Residential projects, therefore, experience in these sectors will be extremely beneficial to the role. They are based in West Sussex and being a smaller contractor, they can instil a close culture and teamwork ethos throughout the business.

The role -

In this role you will be expected to manage your team in the pre-construction phase. You will need to be able to prepare and carry out tenders, detailed and accurately. You will need to have clear and cohesive communication skills as you share information between the other departments. You will be pivotal part of the team, aiding and helping other departments in their roles. You will be reporting directly into the Commercial and Operations Manager.
