Job Description

The Brand Director Marketing & guest experience ENA HotelF1 (France) / Ibis Budget / Ibis is responsible for implementing the marketing and multi-channel strategy of its brand portfolio (market, product, positioning, distribution) and ensuring the operational monitoring of projects.
He/She ensures that the brand promise is in place in the networks within his/her scope. 
He/She will work in close collaboration with the operational teams in his/her region. 
He/She is also in charge of sharing with hotel owners and managers the marketing vision of each of the brands for which he/she works.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Define the brand ENA strategy, the associated marketing plans and ensure their perfect execution on all communication and distribution channels – with a view to maximizing brand equity.
Promote a clear and differentiating image of the brands in order to reinforce their notoriety and their attractiveness.
Responsible for brand capital, implement the strategy and actions necessary for its sustainable growth in line with global brand vision.
True ambassador, She/he is the guarantor of the brand image and its perfect expression internally and externally, in order to ensure consistent and impactful communication.
Define and implement the brand strategy through differentiating, strong and coherent marketing plans on all identified key markets and targets.
Develop and implement a brand-specific customer experience to support its positioning, concretely strengthen its competitive advantage and generate value for all stakeholders.
Define and be the guarantor of the brand's operational standards and their implementation within the hotels.
Define clear KPIs to measure the impact of the actions carried out (customer satisfaction, ROI, awareness, market share, etc.) and ensure their continuous improvement.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:
You are recognized for your excellent managerial and organizational skills and have demonstrated proven leadership
Openness & respectful to be able to understand the culture difference
Strong Synthesis capacity 
Be Adaptable to work in a complex international group environment

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
You have already successfully managed a brand or brand portfolio
Mastery of marketing techniques
Know how to develop a marketing action plan

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
University education at Bac +5 level (eg: master's degree in marketing, communication, marketing management, commercial strategies)
Business school 
Professional experience required: Minimum experience of 10 years in Marketing
Languages: English Mandatory + local language - third language as French / German would be a must
