Primary Teaching Assistant | Full time | Start ASAP
An opportunity for an experienced and committed SEN Teaching Assistant has become available at a lovely Primary School in Waltham Forest. This school is looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to be part of a happy and welcoming reception classroom where all children feel safe, respected, valued and inspired to achieve their very best. We are looking for a kind, hard working and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join this friendly and dedicated team of teachers and support staff at this excellent Primary School.

About you, and the role of SEN Teaching Assistant:

* The ideal candidate will be able to establish a warm, caring and supportive relationship with pupils in order to support them feeling safe and enabling them to enjoy and learn during their time at the School.

* Provide an up to date enhanced DBS.

* Provide an up to date CV and references.

* You will be passionate and extremely dedicated about working with young people with SEN.

* You will have a drive to promote and encourage independence and personal development.

* Be approachable and have the needed attributes to engage with SEN students.

* To promote pupils’ cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical development and spiritual well-being.
