Are you searching for flexible work as a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant in Walthamstow? Connex Education is teaming up with several schools in the area, actively seeking both ad-hoc staff for daily cover and long-term supply staff.

The mainstream primary school we're partnered with has a number of children with SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. We are actively seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for various assignments, including working 1:1 with SEND pupils for additional support.

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

Provide tailored assistance to students, staff, and families, fostering positive relationships.
Collaborate with staff to develop personalized learning plans and pathways, supporting student growth.
Demonstrate dedication to improving students' lives socially, physically, or academically.
Show proficiency in offering necessary support to students, including working 1:1 with SEND pupils.
Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and quick thinking in different environments.

Experience required:
