LVG Recruitment is supporting our client on a Principal Consultant to join their team. They are a dynamic and high performing recruitment agency focusing on the EU Tech market.

Position Overview:

As a Principal Consultant you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with their hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions to each account. You must be proactive at delivering candidates through creative sources, happy to get on the phones and you are a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As the team is still in growth phase, there is a clear route for progression, as the company grows. There are roles to work on from day 1 to get you up and running quickly but you will be expected to bring in new business and run your own desk.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new and maintain long standing relationships with clients in your niche.
• Conduct phone, video and face to face interviews with candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide feedback on the market.
• Manage the recruitment process with the candidate, with support from automation tools
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
