About the Role:

As a Principal P&C Design Engineer, you'll be pivotal in delivering outstanding projects that pave the way towards a sustainable future. Working alongside a dynamic team of experts, you'll have the opportunity to shape the entire lifecycle of projects, from inception to implementation.

What You'll Do:

- Lead FEED and detail design works, focusing on protection and control aspects of various projects.

- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

- Champion design review and hazard meetings, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, understanding and addressing their needs effectively.

- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

What You'll Need:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.

- Chartered Engineer status through the IET or in the process of obtaining it.

- Extensive experience in P&C design within the UK energy sector.

- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.

- Right to work in the UK.
