Role Overview
As a mid-senior Associate within the Private Equity team, you will play a pivotal role in further strengthening and expanding our client's growing Private Equity offering. Collaborating closely with private equity investors, investee companies, and management teams, you will provide expert advice on a range of private equity buy-outs, exits, and portfolio company M&A transactions. With ample opportunities for client engagement and autonomy, you will be encouraged to drive business growth and contribute to the firm's strategic objectives. Additionally, you will benefit from exposure to a diverse range of corporate work, enriching your professional experience and facilitating career development.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Approximately 4-7 years of PQE with a specialisation in private equity law within a highly ranked law firm.
- Strong project management skills, capable of efficiently guiding transactions from inception to completion.
- A proactive approach to business development.
