They work across the full spectrum of private equity clients in diverse sectors ranging from real estate and energy, to healthcare and technology and the practice handles leveraged buyouts on the buy and sell-side, take-privates, and minority investments in multiple jurisdictions. They continue to grow and invest at all levels, including recent high-profile partner hires.
