Major Recruitment Watford are looking for Product Development Managers to work for a global company based in North West London. Our client needs a Manager to oversee the development of new products and product upgrades for the pharmaceutical market.

As a Product Development Manager, you will:

• Research new market opportunities for new product development and product upgrades.
• Manage the design of new products, working effectively across departments.
• Assist with the specification and research of new & existing products in line with the market demands.
• Assist the supply chain, production & technical teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Work with leading licence partners on product updates.
• Work with the design & supply team on product sustainability & environmental packaging projects.
• Communicate with the Marketing, National Account & Export Departments on the launch and suitability of products.
• Control product collateral, managing information and data sheets.

A Successful Product Development Manager will have:

• Product Development or Project Management experience.
• Business experience within the retail industry.
• Experience collating information from external suppliers and internal departments for efficient processes.
• Education ideally within bioscience or similar technical/ scientific background.
