About the Position

As a Product Manager, International Growth you’ll be responsible for how our customers access help from our 5 International sites, and growing.  You’ll develop delightful experiences for individuals and small businesses using our platform in Brazil, France, Netherlands, the UK, and Spain. If you succeed, you’ll have a direct impact providing access to justice for thousands more people everyday. 

A Day in the Life

• Drive Product strategy and execution to drive International Growth
• Deeply understand the needs of our customers through quantitative and qualitative research
• Passionately represent the voice of the customer as you build product in line with our product vision
• Define and analyze metrics to determine business impact
• Prioritize features using data-driven analysis, business insights, and mature judgment
• Develop and deliver a Roadmap
• Understand and report on the direct revenue implications of product decisions
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of products for our customers
• Collaborate with your cross-functional team of Design, User Experience, Engineering, QA, and Content to bring product experiments to market
• Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment

About you

• 3-5 years of software Product Development experience ideally developing growth strategies for consumer-facing products, technologies, and platforms
• Ideally you have some demonstrable experience within the Internationalization 
• Passionate about our mission
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem solve
