A proud and passionate business, they continue to grow rapidly and are currently looking for a skilled Production Engineer to join their team. As a Production Engineer, you will have responsibility for continuous improvement of existing processes as well as developing and implementing new processes.

Key responsibilities as Production Engineer:

Provide technical support to maintain production efficiency and quality.
Decide and determine methods, machines, tools, and processes required for optimum production of the company's products.
Problem solves, be a solutions provider
Amend planning sheets for the manufacture of components.
Experience as Production Engineer:

You will demonstrate previous experience as a Production Engineer in a lean manufacturing environment.
You must have experience of sheet metal, paint and treatments
Experience of Continuous improvement, optimising process flows, operational timings, and production layouts
Machine shop planning experience an advantage
Engineering qualification ( HNC or higher )
Be able to read technical drawings and CAD Models
Benefits for Production Engineer:

Competitive Salary £42,000 - £47,000 DOE
Quarterly Bonus scheme
