Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + extensive benefits

As a dedicated Production Manager, you'll play a crucial role in guiding the team to achieve production volume, product quality, delivery, and cost objectives. We're seeking a results-driven professional who can bring leadership skills to the forefront, driving operational excellence through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
  
Production Manager - Electro-Mechanical - Key Responsibilities:

• Establish performance benchmarks aligning with site and future state objectives.
• Formulate and execute an annual operating plan, incorporating Kaizen opportunities, capital plans, productivity projects, and the production department budget.
• Expand the Continuous Improvement Methodology and foster positive engagement through the ongoing development of cell leaders, buyer/planners, quality engineers, and operators.
• Oversee product quality, on-time shipment, and production material within assigned cells, collaborating with customers to ensure timely order execution.
• Set time goals per production forecasts and schedules.
• Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and other actions related to employee performance.

  
Production Manager - Electro-Mechanical - Qualifications & Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Production Management.
• Proven experience as a first-line supervisor/manager.
• Exceptional leadership and motivation skills, with a proven track record of leading successful teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Adept at handling diverse personnel and production challenges.
• Proficiency in time and project management, troubleshooting/problem-solving, planning, follow-through, and quality improvement processes.
• Effective collaboration skills across various technical and management levels.
