Our client are an industry leading manufacturing business currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager to join their team.

Key Duties:

Oversee the manufacturing operations.
Be capable of analysing technical issues and liaising with overseas team to solve any issues.
Collaborate with Sales Team to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

Certification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Ideally have experience in some sort of consumer electronic product.
Proven experience in manufacturing management or a similar role.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Effective communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.The Package:

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
