I am currently working with an exceptional Bakery who have been expanding year on year and are now ready to take on a new Production Manager. They are still family run and have a massive focus on culture, quality and ambition inside of the business - recently won 3 new massive contracts so if you're looking to join a business with a bright future this is definitely the opportunity for you.

There will be lots of autonomy inside of this role, they are open to changes and new ideas that your experience may be able to bring so if you're somebody who likes to think on their feet and focus on continuous improvement then this will be ideal.
