Production Operative

No previous experience is needed but it is benefical that you have previous experience in following detailed instructions, are happy in a physical role and have PC skills. As a Production Operative you will be excited and proud to be working for a unique and well established family owned business supporting the business and its owner.  If you like a structured day and routine then this could be the role for you!

Your key responsibilities will be :

Working closely and assisting the Team Leader with regard to the operational running of the Production department. Completing worksheets, correcting stock levels as applicable, and if there are any problems you would be required to troubleshoot them. Making sure that your workspace is kept clean, tidy and hygienic at all times. 

It is desirable that you have sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.

· Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25kg

· Must be computer literate

· Self-motivated and disciplined, you will be working to real structure, where your break     times will be the same every day, it is a very clean and sterile enviroment.

· Ability to work to tight deadlines

· Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
