Production Operative

Full Job Description

We are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join our clients busy team based in Stoke on Trent on a permanent basis.

PLEASE NOTE: Previous experience within production, manufacturing or machine operating is essential.

The role will involve:

* Operating both semi automated and automated machinery

* Ensure all machinery and equipment is flushed clean to prevent cross contamination

* Setting up machines and complete product changeovers

* Take samples to ensure quality standards are met

* Ensure the correct product and quantities are loaded

* Completing daily housekeeping/safety checks

* Operating counterbalance forklift trucks (experience preferred)

Working hours (Rotating 2 week shift pattern):

* AM shift - Monday to Thursday 6am-2pm / Friday 6am-1pm

* PM Shift - Mondayto Thursday 2pm - 10pm / Friday 1pm - 8pm
