Full Job Description

Job Role / Duties:

* Working as part of a team whose aim is to achieve targeted performance, customer satisfaction and quality standards. It is expected that the jobholder will positively contribute to the team environment and seek out development and learning opportunities to further their knowledge and skills

* To deliver product quality to required standards

* To contribute to the delivery of a production plan

* Ensure that their own, development and training needs are identified. Participate in the proactive environment of learning (1:1’s)

* To actively participate and contribute in the sharing of “Best Practice” within manufacturing

Shifts & Salary:

Working 4 out of 7 days

£11.44 - £12.15 per hour

Days or Nights 7am till 7pm or 7pm till 7am
