This is the opportunity to join a food manufacturing business who have gone through significant growth over the last 8 years, increasing their turnover by 4900%.

If these numbers seem astronomical then that’s because they are. The growth has been incredible and has provided a platform to push on even further. Phase one is complete.

Phase two will see the stabilisation and foundation building before they look to continue the growth. As Production Shift Manager, you will support the upskilling and development of the team as well as you look to equip them with the tools to drive performance, streamline the process and grow the factory.

It goes without saying that you will need a change-mindset, a background in delivering significant, tangible improvements through the use CI tools with experience in the Food Manufacturing industry.
