About the role:

The Programme Manager is accountable for all phases of the client engagement during the execution and development of strategic programmes. They lead and respond to the organisation and planning of complex and tailored learning journeys. This includes the pre-delivery work, the delivery of the programme and the reporting of post-delivery outcomes; all working closely with the Programme team assigned in compliance with corporate objectives in terms of quality and client success. They are the main point of contact leading the communications with all internal and external stakeholders.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Work with new clients on complex learning projects in an intensely collaborative process to solve critical problems and develop high impact learning experiences tailored to companies’ needs.
  • Lead the client relationship and communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis overseeing all aspects related to the learning initiative (planning, communication with delegates, incorporating amendments as the project evolves, status reports)
  • Perform a facilitator role during the delivery of programmes assigned adding value to the experience and ensuring a coherent and fluent journey for the participants. In the event there is an academic director or orchestrator assigned to the programme, the Programme Manager will supervise and coordinate all activities, ensuring the excellence of the customer experience.
  • Prepare documentation required from the programme side and attend client’s final design meetings and/ or design jams together with the Commercial and L&I Teams to provide SME. Guarantee that all key aspects mentioned during the conversations with the client are included in the Customer Experience plan and are aligned with the design, so a premium experience and outcomes are guaranteed.
  • Instils confidence in the client teams through subject matter expertise and has a strong understanding of client needs and Headspring solutions and capabilities.
  • Takes a proactive approach to identifying improvements in any steps or processes during the learning experience, including pre-, during- and post-delivery phases.
  • Works in a collaborative way with peers across the business, especially with the L&I and Commercial teams, providing subject matter expertise on design, delivery, faculty, and budget management for learning programmes, guaranteeing the successful delivery of each programme.
  • Responsible for collecting the data, creating the report, and performing the analysis of the outcome of the programmes under their portfolio, proposing possible improvements, innovations, and suggestions for future editions.


Knowledge and experience


  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in an international team to develop and deliver effective corporate training initiatives within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and events organisation.
  • Experience in the Executive Education industry would be considered a plus.

  • Fluent in English. Good knowledge of Spanish + knowledge of a third language would be considered a plus.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, VC platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex) and Project Management tools such as Wrike.

This role is based in London and it requires occasional trips within the UK as well as abroad. We work in a hybrid style, so you will come in to the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week, although this can be adjusted to suit program and role needs.
