Based in London, ICMP is

Requirements
ICMP is seeking an inspiring creative music producer and academic to lead our BA (Hons) Music Production for Film, TV & Games programme. The programme is part of our portfolio of music production courses, catering for students seeking to extend their production skills and capabilities to the highest level, within a framework of critical, practice-based academic study. Working closely with other undergraduate programme leaders and a faculty of industry experts, the post is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to shape and build on a highly successful programme.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage and connect with students, and the capacity to lead and motivate a dynamic and diverse team. You will also have proven experience in the delivery and development of higher education popular music or production programmes.
A first degree in a relevant discipline is essential. A postgraduate qualification, teaching qualification or HEA fellowship are preferred but not essential. Continuing engagement with research, scholarly and professional practice is also an expectation of the role.
