Full Job Description

Our client, an ambitious Architects based in Belfast are seeking a talented Project Architect. They predominately work on a range of large-scale high rise residential projects across London and Dublin. This position is due to growth and are looking to expand the practices size in 2024.

The successful candidate will have experience working on similar projects and looking to progress with an employee own business. The Architect will have a passion for delivering large-scale, complex projects and ideally be proficient in Revit and completing similar day to day duties, as listed below.

This excellent opportunity would be ideal for an individual looking to progress in their career or seeking relocation to Ireland.

Project Architect Position Overview

• Project Architect to join a forward-thinking architectural practice in Belfast.
• Projects across London and Dublin.
• Design and delivery of high-profile projects.
• Analytical, design, and presentation skills across various media.
• High-level knowledge of technical standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD (AutoCAD / Revit) and Adobe (Photoshop / InDesign).
• Liase confidently with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Project Architect Position Requirements

• Working in a similar position as an Architect
• Proficient in Revit/ AutoCAD
  Passion for delivering large-scale, complex projects.
• A flair for concept and technical design with great attention to detail.
• A team player with strong communication skills who thrives working with others to get results.
• Commutable to Belfast office.
