Project Architect / Project Lead

Full Job Description

An award-winning Central London design led architecture firm is seeking an experienced Project Architect with around 5 years post Part 3 experience, with the seniority to lead a project team and coordinate and manage the design process.

The studio has a reputation and passion for contemporary, sustainable, high quality - bespoke design and project size is wide ranging from small single properties and penthouses to large apartment buildings and mixed-use schemes of £1m to £40m construction value.

The successful candidate will prepare and develop drawings, models, images and other documents relating to design and technical documentation, covering all RIBA stages. With proven project team running and project delivery experience on a variety of scales and sectors and UK based schemes.

You will be fluent at generating creative design at all stages of projects using AutoCAD and Revit and have knowledge preparing technical design and specification for construction and coordinating design information. Also having excellent graphics skills and 3D design ability.

Good communication skills are required, managing and fostering strong, productive relationships with clients, consultants and contractor teams. A passion for bespoke / sustainable design and architecture is a must as is direct working knowledge of all RIBA work stages and UK regs.
