Are you an experienced Project Architect with a passion for high-end residential properties and commercial projects? Our client, a bespoke and ambitious studio based in London, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. With a focus on luxury residential projects including new builds, bespoke extensions, and renovations, as well as occasional commercial schemes, this is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled architect to make their mark and provide incredible influence to people's homes.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

• Lead the design and delivery of high-quality architectural projects, from concept through to completion.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using Vectorworks software.
• Oversee site visits and liaise with contractors to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when necessary.

  
Requirements:
  

• Proven experience as a Project Architect, with a focus on high-end residential properties and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential.
• Strong design and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the confidence to liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant architectural qualifications and ARB registration required .
