Coordinator
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Salary: 26,000 DOE

A leading software company is searching for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant will have strong organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate efficiently within a team environment.
This role requires you to work on-site in Bury St Edmunds. Please note, this company does not offer sponsorship so you will need full right to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules.
- Establish SharePoint folders for projects.
- Aid in maintaining up-to-date order book forecasts.
- Support in breaking down line items on Sales orders.
- Follow up on Project handover forms and installation forms.
- Maintain CRM by updating customer contact details.
- Proactively reach out to customers before their appointments.
- Assist in maximising the utilisation of consultant diaries.
- Pre-review diary appointments to ensure completeness of information.
- Verify prerequisites ahead of installations.
- Monitor the Project Admin case queue.
- Pursue legacy Orders to determine ongoing needs or project closure feasibility for customers.
- Notify Contracts Team of upcoming installs for invoicing and support initiation.
- Track progress of Go live forms.
- Provide support for invoicing tasks.
- Offer general administrative assistance to the team.
