We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Project Designer to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis for the next 6 months.

Job Overview:

As a Project Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of high-end hospitality projects. You will work closely with our design team to bring creative visions to life, ensuring that every detail of our projects is meticulously planned and executed. Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential for this role, as it is a primary design software utilized in our design process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to create exceptional interior and architectural designs for high-end hospitality projects.
- Produce detailed 2D and 3D design drawings and renderings using Vectorworks.
- Work on all project phases from conceptual design to construction documentation, ensuring designs meet the client's vision and specifications.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and ideas.
- Select and source materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the project's design aesthetic and budget.
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to high-end hospitality design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hospitality design or high-end residential projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks is required.
- Strong design skills, including the ability to produce concept sketches and renderings.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating stunning and functional spaces.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
