Are you a Project Director who has 2 stage Design & Build Experience? Do you have experience of leading projects over 200 million? Do you live within a commutable distance of North West London?
Are you open of a salary from 180,000 - 200,000 plus package? If so please read on;

Our client are a leading Main Contractor who have a turnover coming up to 1billion, they typically work on Major Projects in the South of England and have an incredibly strong reputation for delivering large scale complex projects. This main contractor have secured a large scale project in North West London where they are seeking a Project Director to come in at the early stages as the No1 on the job.

The Project Director is responsible along side the Commercial Lead for the full P&L of the project, they will also be directly liaisingwith the client and reporting to the Construction Operations Director who oversee's multiple projects.

Other responsibilities will include:

* Leading the selection of internal staff and understanding any external recruitment needs
* Leading the pre-construction phases including helping appoint the sub-contractors
* Being the clients main point of contact
* Monthly progress meetings with the Operations Director
* Dictating the full Health & Safety standards on site
* Driving positive working standards on site

The clients requirements for this role:
Must have lead construction projects for a Main Contractor over 150 million
Previous experience on complex build projects
Right to work in the UK
