High growth Software Engineering/Management Consultancy looking for an Associate Project Manager to support and assist the Delivery team in various aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control key strategic hire for the organisation. If you are a bid manager looking for a step up or a bid manager with experience building a bid division and wants to do it again, this is ideal for you!

The Role:

• Developing the SOW with senior consultants and the project team
• Onboarding and offboarding of project team
• Tracking project progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
• Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely responses
• Maintain regular checkpoints with teams as a health check, ensuring the project is on track with RAG status reports and completion notices
• Assist in managing relationships with project stakeholders
• Make sure project updates and deliverables are communicated on time, coordinate project meetings, and gather feedback
• Identify and assess project risks and issues, and escalate where necessary
• RAID log monitoring for any project
• Package - Up to £45k base
• Location - London , twice a week

The Candidate:

• An understanding of project management, consulting, etc. would be a bonus!
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• An understanding of the Tech Industry
