Lead Project Manager (Team Lead / Portfolio Manager)

Looking for a Lead Project Manager to manage a small focused team delivering a varied and challenging portfolio of work. You will be working with the business and owning prioritisation and project initiation with a challenging set of stakeholders . You will have strong delivery experience ideally around applications , infrastructure and change , looking for end to end project manager experience although you will NOT be doing day to day project management . Working with the PMO to help maintain monthly reporting and exec packs, also acting as a trusted advisor and partner to the business selling the virtues of the project management function. Must have excellent influencing and business partnering skills !

Ideally you would have exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Basically you ARE the lead IT Project Manager. I am looking for a Project Manager who has worked in fast paced diverse end user environments who is at home managing a team delivering end to end projects . Any exposure to the Retail and Hospitality space would be highly beneficial. You will be a self-starter with excellent stakeholder management and used to working with business owners who may not be IT literate.
