My client is a successful and privately owned Civil Engineering contractor based in West Yorkshire- they specialise particularly on the groundworks side and also have a couple of RC frame schemes running currently.
I have been asked to find groundworks biased Project Managers for imminent starts in Leeds, Bradford, Doncaster and potentially, Huddersfield.
These packages will all be commercial (rather than residential) groundworks and will be between £5-10 m in value each.
On offer is a competitive daily rate (CIS or Ltd) of around £350 per day with room for negotiation for exceptional candidates- you can also work PAYE if preferred.
The successful applicant will have at least 5-10 years experience with a groundworks/rc frame specialist and a successful track record in the delivery of schemes in this sector.
You could have either a Civil Engineering degree or trades background- the key is relevant experience and the right attitude, presentation and management style.
