£70,0000 - £75,000 & package

A leading European façade sub-contractor are now looking to appoint a proven and stable Project Manager to join their project team on a large prestigious commercial, residential and mixed-use scheme across Central London, zones 1-4.

Their projects contain various facades packages from unitised curtain walling, with overlapping packages including stick and rainscreen cladding.

Duties:

To programme works to suit agreed programme.

Overall responsibility of the façade package on the project

To ensure that materials are ordered, and deliveries meet programme requirements.

To prepare risk assessments, method statements, quality plans etc.

To ensure that works are carried out safely and in accordance with Company requirements.

Ensure works are installed as per approved working drawings and specification.

Liaise with subcontractors and ensure work meets our requirements.

Maintain a good working relationship with both our operatives and client.

Attend site meetings as required.

About the Candidate

Must have at least 5 years facade project management experience.

Must have experience with both curtain walling and cladding

Must have experience of managing projects of £10m+

Must come from a facade background

Excellent verbal and communication skills
