Ridgeway and co are partnering with a leading fit out contractor in their searchfor a Construction Project Manager located in Cambridge paying betwen 65,000 - 75,000.

This role entails immediate involvement in Commercial fit-out projects throughout Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:

• Spearhead commercial fit-out projects with contract values ranging from 750K to 5M.
• Join a reputable team known for its efficiency and adherence to high standards.
• Oversee projects with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes, necessitating meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and on-site contractors, while also maintaining cost and time constraints.

Requirements for the Construction Project Manager:

• Demonstrable expertise in Commercial Fit-Out projects.
• Experience managing commercial projects.
• Minimum of 5 years' involvement in Fit-Out projects.
• Proficient in handling contracts ranging from 750k to 5M.
• Strong communication skills.
• Desire for a permanent role.
• Hands-on approach to project management.
• Excellent organizational and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
