JOB PURPOSE

You will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of technology projects for the Events group. Your responsibilities include contributing to the enhancement of a recently implemented Marketing Automation solution, supporting the optimisation of Salesforce and assisting with the implementation of a new CMS.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work closely with the Event Technology Product Director to improve the cadence of delivery of technology projects for the Events Group
• Liaise with the stakeholders to define the scope of the prioritised projects
• Get involved in or lead the delivery of cross functional projects and initiatives across the Events Group
• Play a significant role in advocating the new ways of working by engaging stakeholder to accelerate the approved transformation projects to shape the brands in the Events Groups’ value creation plans
• Continuously review and improve existing business processes, documentation and training by implementing automation and market standards
• Participate in the integration of acquired businesses
• Actively collaborate with Stakeholders to enhance communication between Technology and other departments (including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations & Customer Services)
• Collaborate with developers to implement system enhancements or new systems

• Experience in cross-functional projects and/or requirements gathering involving Sales, Marketing and Finance
• Broad systems integration experience, including Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Solid hands-on experience of Salesforce and Marketo (or equivalents)
• Broad experience in business and technology projects
• Experience in continuous improvement process and technics
• Experience with Data mapping and governance
• Extensive experience in a commercial corporate environment
• Extensive experience working with both third party and internal supplier
• Experience working in a matrix environment
