MMP Consultancy are seeking a Project Manager with a South London
organisation, the role will pay circa 350 per day LTD with flexibility
for experienced candidates.

Client: Local Authority
Location: South London
Contract:
6 months rolling - Hybrid.
Key Duties:
* Project Manager
for the delivery of Major Works projects.
* Focussing on Fire
Safety remedial actions as well as standardised delivery of cyclical
works.
* Contract Administration and good Contractor
engagement.
* Technical knowledge of asset management and
investment projects.
* Undertake on-site inspections.
* Delivery
a couple of high profile projects from implementation to completion.
MRICS or MCIOB will be essential.
