4Site is looking for a Project Manager with experience in the high-end residential sector to join our client based in London. 

Our client is a main contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishments throughout Central London. They have built an excellent reputation in the industry, which has led to repeat business and increased demand. They have a team of professionals who are passionate about their work and dedicated to excellent results, shown through the quality of their finished projects, which are typically valued up to £8m. Due to this demand, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team and help continue their success. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have: 

• Degree or Trade background
• Project Management experience in the high-end residential refurbishment sector, running projects valued up to £5m
• In-depth knowledge of the construction process 
• Confidence to be client-facing
• Excellent communication skills 
• Computer literacy with the ability to read and write programs
