Reporting to the Head of Construction and Deputy Head of Construction, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients, working to the highest standards of workmanship and quality to ensure construction excellence is met across multiple sites mainly in London and the South East. 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead large commercial office projects.  You will be focussing on ensuring the project is built on time within budget to the highest standard of quality, and health and safety with a focus on continuous improvement to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.  

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Supervising all activity related to the construction of projects including managing the programme, budget, and cost 

  • Ensuring the buildability of the project from adjudication through to completion 

  • Managing the commercials of the project.

  • Ensuring Maris delivery processes are achieved 

  • Liaising with the client to assure they are kept up to speed on all aspects of the construction process 

You will have at least 5 years of construction experience on projects up to £5m.  You will hold a CSCS Manager’s Card and will hold SMSTS, First Aid, Working at Height, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handing training.  You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of ASTA, Procore, IOSH, JCT.  You will be a proven leader with the ability to motivate and manage a team of construction professionals.

LOCATION: London, SE1 0HR 

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent, 100% office-based role

The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities.
