Project Manager - Ductwork

Full Job Description

Our client is seeking 2 Highly Experience Ductwork Project Manager to join their very busy management team.

You will be reporting directly into the Head of Operations Management. Working closely with the senior management structure. Guided and supported with the highest level of management.

You will be a key member of the project delivery team and play a sanctification and pivotal role in managing projects from inception to completion.

Our client has a great working relationship with some of the UK’s Major construction organisations, built over many decades of successful delivery some of London and home counties major prestigious project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering high-end projects on time and within financial parameters

* Maintaining all health and safety requirements on project.

* Building strong lasting client relationships.

* Working with senior management, QS, estimators, to enhance project collaboration.

* Supervise and mentor al team members, fostering their growth and understanding.

* Maintain productive communication with Client site and construction Managers / supervisors throughout project lifecycles.

* Coordinate the procurement process, issuing orders to subcontractors and suppliers.

* Oversee project budgets control, ensuring financial parity and final accounts.

* Prepare and negotiate contract variations.

* Conduct on-site visits and surveys to ensure project progress and quality control.

* Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.

* Uphold and advocate for company policies, systems, and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in project management

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proficiency in managing budgets and all commercial aspects of projects.
