Project Manager

My client is seeking a Project Manager willing to work 3 days on the South Wales site and 2 days based in the Birmingham office, on their National Grid. You will develop the schemes, based upon option E (NEC). You will liaise with the Design Houses and deliver the most cost-effective solutions from a FEED perspective as it gets reviewed, and the scheme goes into delivery.
You will report into the Managing QS and the Framework Manager.

Start: ASAP
Rates: £450 DOE (CIS)
Duration: 6 Month
Project: National Grid

Responsibilities include: -
• Site staff management.
• Safety documentation development.
• Compliance with regulations.
• Client liaison & Relationship building, subcontractor oversight, and planning.

Ideal candidate: -
• They need to have worked on National Grid site and know how they work.
• The volume of work is impressive.
• They can travel from Birmingham to South Wales (1.5-hour travel approx.)
• You will have a UK Driving Licence
• Knowledge of NEC3 option E

Qualifications include: -
• A relevant degree.
• CSCS Card.
• National Grid Persons Card.
• Driving license.
