Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Birmingham?

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client's Birmingham-based team, collaborating closely with current management to oversee the successful execution of a significant 8 million new build project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring quality control and resolving any site issues promptly.
• Reporting project progress to senior management.

Requirements:
