Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams will be key as you navigate complex construction challenges and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place and adhered to.

Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and architects to ensure project specifications are met.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, with a focus on Civils, Commercial, or Building projects.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
