Business Transformation Project Manager - ERP Change - Gap Analysis
- Business Case - Hybrid plus travel - Outside IR35
A West
Midlands based customer are upgrading their ERP system and moving to a
more modern and scalable solution. The ERP Upgrade has already taken
place in international parts of the business and the UK business is
currently undergoing the analysis and readiness for the upgrade.
They require a Project Manager with excellent business change and
business process change experience to support them in building the
business cases and looking at the fit of the new system in to the
business and the impact.
You will need experience of ERP
work and upgrades from the business side, ideally SAP, and you will
need excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be involved in
key decisions around what is and isn't possible and be key in the buy
in for project plans.
You will be a seasoned PM in the
Transformational change world and around ERP Systems. This role will
be a minimum of 3 days per week but will ramp up at peak times. In
office work in Birmingham/Hybrid with some travel.
