Role: Litigation - Defendant (Property, Energy and Construction)           

Location: Manchester, UK           

Hours: Full Time (Hybrid working available)

Salary: Up to £44k DOE

A leading international law firm specializing in insurance and litigation is looking for a Chartered Legal Executive to join the Property, Energy and Construction department. With offices spread across the globe, this firm provides expert legal services to a diverse client base, including insurers, corporates, and public sector organizations. They pride themselves on delivering innovative and strategic solutions, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

This department will defend and provide advice on high-value claims and so experience in this area is essential.

You will have:

• Experience handling your own caseload of high value property damage recovery claims, independently
• Experience working in a defendant law firm
• Qualifications: Chartered Legal Executive/Solicitor
