Property & Facilities Manager

Full Job Description

We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Property & Facilities Manager to oversee a corporate and commercial property portfolio.

Lead across a diverse portfolio including Facilities Management, Asset Investment and Property Development.

-Ensuring the effective management of compliance including; Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos Management & Construction methods.

-Lead on effective contracts management and tendering of new contracts.

-Effective operational management of team members.

Candidates should be highly experienced in effective facilities or estates management, experienced in managing contractors and operational teams.

This role offers excellent working conditions, is hybrid working and a long-term contract circa 12 months, with outstanding rates of pay
