Full Job Description
Purchase Ledger Assistant
Temporary
NG16
Hours: 8am -5pm
Monday to Thursday (1pm finish on a Friday)
Hourly rate: 13.50 per
hour
Temporary Purchase ledger Assistant required to work
within a small friendly team, you must be confident working
independently.
The purpose of the role is to match and process
invoices to an accounts system and reconcile
statements
Duties
Liaising with suppliers
Match purchase
invoices
Input invoices and credit notes onto accounts
system
Recording of data
Requirements
Ability process a
high volume of invoices
Good knowledge of accounting
procedures
Problem solving skills
Attention to
detail
Immediate start required
