Job Description:
 
Working alongside the QA Supervisor, and an already established QA Team, you will be working closely with other internal departments and have a varied workload.

Analysing and releasing 3rd party official inspection reports for the entire portfolio for both stock and customer orders
The QA Report Auditor will be Issuing release/reject instructions to the Middle East office
Releasing QA-reviewed reports to external customers as required and actioning release of goods as requested
Requesting, analysing, and filing pre-ship reports from the Middle East office
Liaising with internal departments where required to discuss customer shipping details
Assist in accommodating inspection report requests from internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring compliance details are correct and updated on the in-house system
Taking responsibility for the Inspection Tracker sheet and ensuring information is kept relevant and up to date
Communicating with colleagues and internal departments ensuring any defect issues that arise, are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and informing the factory of changes to be implemented
Reviewing and filing of rework images and letters of guarantee from the factories
Request certificate updates when missing from the system It would be good to see candidates with:

An understanding of how a Quality Assurance department works
A strong knowledge of Microsoft packages specifically PowerPoint and Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and administration skills
Proactive individual who is self-motivated and adheres to deadlines
Analytical and numerical mindset

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
 Salary: Up to £27,000 Depending on Experience
 
This role is also suitable for candidates with the following experience: Customer service coordinator, complaints handler, sales administrator
 
It is commutable from Newcastle under Lyme, Stone, Trentham, Crewe, Biddulph
